Traffic Guy Speaks Out
Let me begin by saying I spent eight years on the transportation committee in Portland Oregon, assigned to the Mayor's task force to conduct design with national landscape fellows for Gateway projects, Lightrail, Traffic Calming techniques and Town Center Identity and development for a Neighborhood Association that had a population base of approx 19,000 residents.
