During regular business meetings of the Sedona Fire District Governing Board, as every Public Forum Session is about to commence, Chairman Dave Blauert warns, “No personal attacks will be tolerated.”  It seems to me there is a colossal lack of understanding between members of that Board and the public with regard to what constitutes a personal attack. Why Home Rule Is So Important

Sedona, Arizona faces a city vote on "Home Rule" every four years. It currently coincides with Leap Year. Formula Home Rule means the city makes and controls its own budget rather than having one "imposed" by the state based on 1978 population figures and adjusted for population increases or decreases, and inflation.
